  Dual Vent Seals with Stainless Steel Rings
  • 이중 구조의 Shaft Seal 채용으로 완벽한 Sealing
  • Seal Ring은 압축실내의 Air 누설을 방지하고 Labyrinth Ring은 압축실내의 역압과 함게 Oil 유입을 완벽히 차단한다.
  • 따라서 토출공기중에 Oil등 불순물의 유입이 불가하여 초순수한 Air의 생산이 가는하다.
  Lubrication of Gears and Bearings
  • 압축기 기동전 혹은 정지후 Oil Pump에의해 일정한 시간동안 Oil을 Bearing 과 Gear부위에 강제로 급유하게한다.
  • 이는 독립된 별도의 Motor에 의해 작동되므로 안정적이며 Bearing과 Gear의 수명을 연장시켜 줄 뿐만아니라 기계의 운전을 부드럽게한다.
  Capacity Control Valve & Load and Unload Contro
  • 자체에서 발생되는 Instrument Air에의한 Load - Unload System(On/Off Control) 으로 Compressor의 부하에 따라 0% - 100%운전
  • 토출 Line의 압력스위치의 작동으로 Air의 소모에 따라 자동으로 Load - Unload 되므로 어떤 Air의 손실도 없다.
